The Party Hire Company – Elegance Outdoors is a boutique event hire company specialising in structure style marquees with clear, white and peaked roofs as well as furniture hire for weddings and special events.
Servicing the Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Nelson Bay and areas as far north as Forster.
Weddings are our speciality, but we also provide hire products for parties and corporate events. We can cater for any theme from rustic casual to elegant formal in nature.

Lighting options for your marquee including rice paper lanterns, rustic lanterns, fairy lights, festoon lights, festoon droppers and chandeliers.
Flooring options. From our standard ply flooring to intergrated timber flooring or event carpeting.
Festoon and Fairy lit dance floors and chill our areas to enhance your marquee.
A full range of furniture from standard round and rectangle tables with linen cloths to our premium range, which includes rustic, boho, polished and white washed designs, including dining and display tables, coffee tables, bars, chill out and occasional furniture.
Chairs Options. White Folding Chairs, timber Bentwood Chairs in dark walnut and white, Cross Backed Chairs in oak, Boho Cane Chairs and Hamptons Outdoor Chairs
